Jersey Pottery Cafe go Fairtrade

At the end of November Robert Jones of Jersey Pottery announced that their cafe in King St will be serving Faitrade drinks from now on.

Tony Allchurch, chairman of the Jersey Fairtrade Island Group, remarked on November 26th

"I sat in the warmth of the Jersey Pottery cafe just after lunchtime today sipping an exquisite Fairtrade cappuccino. I was also impressed by the enthusiasm of your manager for the introduction of Fairtrade in to the cafe. It is very encouraging when the person who fronts the operation is in tune with the endeavour.  I hope that you will soon feel confident enough to flaunt your support of Fairtrade with rather more promotional material. We do have quite nice window stickers that would underline the message very discreetly but effectively and I am confident that your customers will respond positively to the Fairtrade message."
